We are reviewing the out of hours services in Bradford and Airedale and would like to hear your views about the location of our primary care centres (the places where you will be able to see a GP if you have an urgent health need in the out of hours period, which is mainly from 6.30pm to 8am during the week and 24 hours a day at weekends).
We would also like to hear about your views and experiences of our urgent care services. Your responses will help us shape the future of urgent healthcare services. We also want to let you know about the new NHS 111 service which will be starting in our area (and across the whole of England) in April 2013. This will be important for local patients because it will replace and improve on the West Yorkshire Urgent Care telephone service. There is more information about NHS 111 on page 12 of the document below.

The engagement programme is running from 11 January to 5 April 2012. All feedback received will be considered by the board of NHS Airedale, Bradford and Leeds before any decisions are made. You can give your feedback in the following ways:
