Patient Advice and Liaison Service

Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)
The Patient Advice and Liaison Service focuses on improving the NHS for patients.

Our aim is to:

  • advise and support patients, their families and carers
  • provide information on NHS services
  • listen to your concerns or suggestions and help sort out problems quickly on your behalf
  • help you when you need advice, have concerns, or don't know where to turn
The PALS service is accessible to patients, their carers, friends and family. The PALS service treats every enquiry with the same level of importance and the same level of confidentiality.

If you have a suggestion to make about a service, please let us know. You don’t have to give us your name and we can pass the suggestions on to the relevant service managers.
