The Connections Conference and Health Fair is open to everyone in Bradford and Airedale. It is an opportunity for you to find out more about your local NHS and give your feedback.

What's on

• visit our exhibition stands with information on the wide range of community health services with one-to-one advice on topics such as giving birth, staying healthy and end-of-life care
• get involved in one or more of our interactive workshops on issues such as maternity, mental wellbeing and learning disabilities
• find out your cholesterol and blood pressure levels with our health assessments
• take part in activity taster sessions
• get a one-to-one heart health check. Please note this service lasts approximately 30 minutes and is subject to availability
